Report to :HR Manager
Subordinate: 2
1. Job Purpose:
? Supports the company's talent management, staff recruitment, employment management, and human resources planning functions. Responsible for recruitment, screening, and selection of candidates for permanent, temporary, contractor, internship, managerial, and/or executive positions.
2. Primary Responsibilities:
? Ensures that company's staffing requirements are met in accordance with governmental requirements.
? Coordinates recruiting & selection process from HWR through hiring. May work with and coordinate outside recruiters, technical recruiters, temporary and contract labor resources, and work with other external employment representatives in staffing activities. Monitors and/or maintains contracts with recruiting sources such as job fairs, technical recruitment agencies and various job search web sites.
? Uses and maintains effective servicing avenues and internal/external resume tracking systems to speed the process of identifying qualified candidates.
? Supports and ensures consistent employer branding messages throughout recruiting campaigns.
? Provides information feedback, trends and concerns of candidates to others in Human Resources and management as appropriate.
? At Management levels, selects and develops staff, manages employment operations & processes, develops and implement employer branding messaging, oversees Affirmative Action program and reporting, and assures achievement of TTF and cost per hire metrics.
? Be responsible for employment branding, campus recruitment, and corporate talent hiring program.
3. Qualification Requirements:
? Bachelor or above education background
? 3+ years experience in HR position in Multi-National Company, 3+ years in staffing, or employment relation, or Business partner.
? Proficient in English, both written and oral
? Know well about China Labor Law, China Labor Contract Law and relevant byelaws and regulations
? Good skills of screening, interview, etc.
? Be good at data analysis and Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel skills
? Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, A positive team player, Independent, detail-oriented.
? A quick learner & able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
