Responsibility：

- To lead and execute strategic projects at the departmental level in the area of marketing and business development.

- Attend the departmental level meetings to take minutes and learn about the business.

- To arrange travel and meeting agenda for DM.

- To coordinate and ensure each Region to complete their required tasks within specified time frame and good quality.

- Support departmental level marketing activities.

- Organize and facilitate departmental level workshops, staff meetings and other activities.

- To provide administrative support to DM.

- Successful in execution of strategic projects at the departmental level.

- Ensure that each RSM to complete their required tasks on time with acceptable.

- Commercially minded and sound presentation skills.

- Attentive to details, well-organized and multi-tasks with good time management.

- Good understanding of market analysis, business development and project management.

- Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.

- Self-independent and reliable in execution.

- Good analytical and problem solving skills.

- Energetic and positive attitude with innovative mindset.

- Fluent command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential.

- Excellent IT skill: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

-Education Background: University or college graduate in Business Administration or relevant.MBA degree is preferred.

- Working Experience: At least 4 years of working experience in business related functions.
