Responsibilities:

? Manage and grow sales in business team Chemicals & Textiles, including distribution channel and direct customer management;
? Collect market intelligence in responsible market segments, contribute to business team strategy setting;
? Closely communicate with related colleagues in regional business teams, KA team, to coordinate all the sales related issues in domestic market;
? Contribute and propose market development strategy in Greater China to business team, coordinate the resource and implement the market development strategy;

Qualifications:
？ Bachelor degree or above, major in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Economy or business management.
？ Be familiar with textile auxiliaries industry or chemical industries
？ Be familiar with distribution channel and know how to manage;
？ Very strong independent working ability, initiative and self-motivated;
？ Very good communication skills, willing to communicate with colleague, customers and distributors;
？ Excellent oral English, outstanding skill to make presentations to customers;
？ Flexible to go business travel domestically and overseas;
？ Good IT skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook etc).
？ At least 4-5 year working experience of sales or business development in related industries
？ At least 2-3 year working experience with multinational companies.
