Job DescriptionEaton Corporation, Vehicle Group, located in Shanghai China now has a job opening for Sr. FP&A Analyst.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A.Preparation and analysis of financial data relating to rolling forecasts, profit plans, operating reviews, strategic plan, monthly results and ad-hoc requests.
B.Acquire & maintain complete understanding of the Eaton financial analysis tools including Khalix /ENCORE/Oracle.
C.Develop and improve Forecasting and Planning Methods and Procedures.
D.Management reporting.
E.Assist local business leaders on ad hoc assignment and provide financial advice as needed.
F.Prepare financial analysis, interpretation of variances from budgets, and advice to management.
G.Participate in the preparation of strategic plan, profit plan and forecasts.
H.Insures adherence to standard accounting principles and practices under both local and US GAAP.
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
1.Degree in accounting/finance or equivalent, with 5+ years of accounting/finance experience
2.Fluent in English and Mandarin, especially writing and listening in English.
3 Advanced PC / Technical Skills and Experience with Microsoft Office Products especially in MS Excel and Power point. Advanced knowledge of ERP preferable in Oracle/SAP.
4.Strong Analytical, Planning and Organizational Skills
5.Excellent communication/ interpersonal skill and proven problem solving capability.
