职位描述
Responsibilities
1) developing an overall brand development, according to the brand overall planning vision, planning and making reasonable product structure, product development strategy and to develop medium and long term product development plans;
2) planning and controlling the product target market and budget;
3) developing promotion strategy and marketing plan in phases of the product;
4) be responsible for the brand image, product packaging planning
5) to promote the new pre-project work, develop, implement new outreach program;
6) be responsible for product management, to provide advice on product improvement;
7) conducting consumer research and activities analysis;
8) making execution standards for marketing activities, responsible for marketing activities and the necessary publicity materials and gifts that to promote the overall planning;
9)giving new product development proposals according to the market demand and product trends, formulating product selling point and promoting the concept;
Qualifications Description
1, Education: Bachelor and above ;Birthplace: Foreign;
2, Major: marketing, design, media and other related professionals ;
3, qualification requirements: 5 years working experience, three years of job experience with FMCG;
4, knowledge and ability to work requirements:
1) have a strong sense of responsibility and ability to innovate, and of good communication, planning, preaching;
2) have a high market sensitivity and product management skills;
3) familiar with graphic design, media communication, able to promote the brand, product design;
岗位职责:
1)制定总体品牌发展,据品牌整体规划构想,规划合理的产品结构,制定产品开发策略及中、长期产品开发计划
2)对产品市场目标、费用预算的规划与控制
3)制定产品推广策略与分阶段产品市场推广计划
4)负责品牌形象、产品包装的规划
5)推动新品前期立项工作,制定、实施新品推广方案
6)负责产品管理,对产品改良提供建议
7)进行消费者活动的调研分析
8)市场活动项目执行标准制定,负责行销活动及所需宣促物料及赠品的整体规划工作
9)根据市场需求、产品趋势提出新品开发建议,制定产品卖点、推广概念
任职资格说明:
1、学历:本科及以上 籍贯:外籍
2、专业:市场营销、设计、媒体等相关专业
3、资历要求:5年以上工作经验,3年以上快消品同岗位经验
