The company
A privately owned British company solely operating in China which established in 1993 as a specialist engineering and construction project management company. Clients include Volvo, Nike, Club Med, IKEA, Tesco, BASF, Dior, Siemens, ThyssenKrupp Presta and Michelin.
Requirements
- 1st Degree of Civil Engineering, Construction management or M&E Engineering
- At least 7 years of relevant work in civil engineering, M&E engineering and construction management with at least 2-3 years experience in fit-out of retail stores
- Working knowledge of China HSE requirements, China construction code
- Familiarity with government approvals process;
- Competent in both written and spoken English (can communicate with foreigners directly);
- Understanding FIDIC conditions and project programme scheduling;
- IT literate and Autocad 2000 experienced.
