Scope of the Job

Support PPM and Production in terms of process analyses & evaluations, implementation of improvements, support of new processes
Support development of friction material for the China local market
Main AccountabilitiesCompetencies / Skills
Implement processes for new and localized materials
Implement & industrialize new innovative processes
Industrialize new materials & processes to achieve a stable and efficient production process that guarantees high qualityMaximize the utilization of raw materials; conserve energy resources such as water, electricity and gas
Continuous process improvement in order to optimize costsUnderstand of process capability (R&D and Plants China) Continuous improvement of cpk-value CPK
FMEA
Other general process analytical toolsCollaboration with production, processing & quality
Training of people

Minimum Requirements

·University degree in Process or Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or
similar qualification·Experience in friction production process
·Profound knowledge of Six Sigma·techniques
·Good command of English·Minimum 3-5 years work experience in comparable position Competencies / Skills
·High analytic comprehension·Innovative
·Persuasiveness and assertiveness·Understanding of production processes·Hands on mentality
·Very good communication skills
