Scope of the Job
? Repair, adjust, and maintain production equipment, machinery, or instruments to ensure that it functions reliably and complies with process specifications and facilities, buildings, and plants are in good working order.

Main Accountabilities
1. Respond to emergencies, break-downs, malfunctions, and other operating problems to minimise disruptions to manufacturing processes.
2. Implement an established maintenance programme and maintain detailed maintenance records so that recurring problems with machinery, equipment, or parts can be identified and addressed.
3. Set, calibrate, or adjust equipment, machinery, and instruments so that it complies with production specifications or instructions.
4. Spare parts & consumable parts management, Maintain tools and repair equipment in good working order.
5. Train new workers in the organisation’s operating procedures and standards.
6. Responsibilities in the Areas Work Safety and Environmental Protection.
7. Fulfil other tasks assigned by supervisor/company.

处理紧急事故、停机检修、失效和其他运性问题，降低对制造工艺的干扰。执行既定的维修项目，维护详细的维修记录，发现和处理反复发生的机器、设备和部件问题。设置，校验和调整设备、机器和仪表，确保符合生产规格。 备件与易损件管理，维护工具，维修设备，确保处于良好工作状况。就公司的操作程序和标准对新工人进行培训。

Minimum Requirements
？ Bachelor degree in maintenance, production engineering, or related fields.
？ at least 3 years of experience in maintenance in manufacture industry
