一、主要工作职责：
1．确保供配电、中央空调、空压机、强弱电、给排水等公用设备设施运行与维修，工作计划、标准、程序的执行；
2．确保运作、财务、人力资源、培训政策与程序的执行；
3．定期走访客户，听取客户对设备运行与维修工作的意见，确保对客户提供设备运行与维修管理的超值服务；
4．负责对下属的日常管理，包括招聘、指导、培训、激励、考核等。

二、任职资格：
1、全日制大专以上，工科专业，电气/暖通/工程管理专业优先；
2、具备相关的配电站/强弱电/中央空调/空压机/供水/锅炉/消防/强弱电等专业技术知识；
3、较为突出的组织、协调和沟通能力；
4、责任心强，能承受较大工作压力；
5、3年以上大型物业设施设备运行与维护管理岗位经验，具备大型酒店、办公楼或工厂等公共设施设备运行与维修管理岗位经验者优先；
6、具备较强适应能力，能适应医院工作环境。
