Responsibilities:
· Establish the wholly electrical part of preventive maintenance system and implementation it follow the requirements of production operation and the HSE policy. · 根据生产运行对设备管理的需求，依照HSE标准；建立健全设备电气部分预防性维护体系并实施； · Lead to electrical maintenance team to do the work of preventive maintenance according to standard of equipment preventive maintenance to give support of achievement of operation target. · 依照设备预防性维护标准，带领电气维护团队做好设备的预防性保养工作，为生产运营目标的完成做支持工作 · Maintain facilities and equipment continuously according with the operation system principle and HSES policy of company, to ensure the safety of front-line production. · 依照公司运营体制及HSES管理体系，做好设施维护与设备改善, 以确保一线生产的安全性。 · Assist to train operators about the equipment operation knowledge continuously and supervise the following operation SOP to ensure the usage life-span equipment. Support implementation of production SOP，according with the requirement of equipment maintenance. · 根据设备维护要求，配合生产做好操作工上岗操作培训与设备保养知识培训，并持续进行再教育和查核，以确保设备的使用寿命，并支持生产SOP的实施及设备维护。 · Establish wholly electrician documents of infrastructure and equipments and file the documents well to supply the reference of following equipment maintenance. · 负责建立健全的基础设备的电气资料，做好 图纸管理归档以为后续维修提供支持。 · Establish electrician equipment standing book. Keep the maintenance and analysis record and update timely to ensure the traceability of documents. · 建立健全设备台帐和设备电气配件操作，维护基本资料。做好预防性保养和维修的记录和统计分析。并及时更新以确保资料的可追溯性。 · Do facilities reconstruction according with the company HSE policy to achieve more efficiency and lower cost, to decrease equipment fault ratio. · 按照公司HSE标准要求实施设备的各项改善任务以达到持续降低设备故障，降本增效的目的 · Complete extra-work given by the manager timely. · 及时完成设备经理安排的各项工作任务
Requirements:
· College degree or above major in Mechanical and Electrical · 具备机电类大专以上学历 · 5+ experience as a electrician engineer or equipment management in the medium-sized manufacturing enterprises · 在中型以上制造企业担任电气工程师或设备管理工作，工作5年以上。 · Familiar with electrical and mechanical equipment operating principle, master all kinds of General Electric to use, adjustment and maintenance · With qualified certification of electrical power. · 有电气维修上岗操作资质 · Have a strong sense of responsibility and coordination; have good interpersonal skills · 有较强的责任心和协调能力；有良好的人际关系 · understand the import of equipment information in English · 能看懂进口设备的英文资料 · Draw up at least one kind of PLC program · 能独立编制至少一种以上的PLC程序
