Title: Supplier Quality Manager

Report to: Operation Manager

Summary:

This position is to lead SQE and SDE team to improve supplier quality control, including: Evaluate potential supplier; Reduce supplier PPM; Support supplier quality improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

Assesses suppliers’ production and quality programs and participates in approval of new suppliers;

Establishment of supplier rating system based on supplier PPM and quality incident targets;

Establishes supplier audit procedures, lead team do supplier audits as procedure requirement;

Direct involved and manage one most critical supplier on development/improvement;

Participates in supplier cost reduction;

Monitor and lead SQE/SDE team and development skill and experience level;

Coordination with other departments.

Accomplish other tasks assigned by operation manager;

Education, Experience & knowledge

BS in engineering (mechanical preferred);

Minimum of 5 years experience in Supplier Quality management (SQE or SDE);

Knowledge of Quality systems such as ISO14001, TS16949 or AIAG/PPAP process;

Good English skills;
