Synopsis:
As an Intern of Student Services Department at Hult International Business School, your main job is to support the International students’ life in Shanghai, including the dorm life and Student Services activities.

The role:

The Intern of Student Services Department works as a department assistant to help enhance the students’ study life in Shanghai.

You will:

• Attend new arrival students at the student dorm
• Assist in solving the issue(s) happened in the dorm (with the hotel or the students)
• Give guidance to international students on their daily life in Shanghai
• Help to translate for students if an issue is raised by the language barrier
• Give logistic support to Student Services’ events
• Assist with other Student Services related tasks if required

You have/are:

• College student of year 4 or above.
• Fluent in both oral and written English
• Good communication skills
• Personable, friendly and customer-service oriented
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Knowledge of working in an international environment is preferred
