职位描述
The role
Service Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and managing daily activities of all levels of Service Specialist and Ayis and Ashus in the center. The Service Supervisor liaises with the other function team leaders in the center to ensure smooth customer-focused operations.
Key responsibilities:
· Assist Center Manager to motivate and develop the service and operations team and improve performance.
· Communicate and implement company policy and standards in the center
· Project hiring needs for the Service Team based on growth and staff turnover and work with the Center Director to interview and recruit candidates
· Conduct all on-boarding and on-going training for Service Specialists
· Achieve service and business goals (such as increased student satisfaction, referral and service income, a reduction of refunds)
· Create and maintain a happy, clean and welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors
· Collect Student feedback, follow-up with students and service team and escalate when necessary
· Manage service suppliers and center service stock control
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above
Excellent English communication skill
3 years or above solid experience in customer service
1 years or above solid experience in people management
