Online Marketing Conversion Analyst（网络营销分析主管）
EF English First – Global Online Sales & Marketing Team
Based In Shanghai
The role:
This is an exciting position to work as part of a multinational online marketing team, based in Shanghai. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of online marketing and be an excellent Analyst who enjoys experimenting and working with numbers. Your main tasks will be:
? Analyze, interpret and consolidate the performance of our campaigns and come up with recommendations on how to better track and improve results across landing pages, ads, eDMs and the website.
? Produce relevant documentation (specifications) to allow the programming team to put your ideas to increase lead generation or improve our systems into practice.
? Improve our reporting systems and management of information that is shared with the different countries.
? Collect, input, verify, correct, analyze and report data to measure key metrics (actual versus business objectives) and KPI’s.
? Design and manage online campaigns
? Create and manage our A/B testing strategy for Ads, landing pages and the website.
? Have a good working knowledge of eDM management and how to deliver high quality, deliverable eDMs.
You are/have:
? Creative, lively, dynamic and intelligent, educated to degree level.
? Strong Analysis skills, confident working with numbers without making mistakes
? Excellent Excel skills, confident working with Pivot tables and filters.
? 2 years’ experience of online marketing including knowledge campaign and lead generation methods is an advantage but not essential.
? Able to be proactive with providing information to your manager, without being asked.
? Have good communication skills in both English and Chinese.
