Synopsis:
The Progress Advisor is responsible for the implementation of Course Management Procedure, communication among teachers, parents and students, and driving customer retention, referral and recommendation

The role:

The Progress Advisor is a key role among students, parents, and teachers; you work as a coordinator, a supporter. You always accompany the students, orientate theirs growth step by step.

You will:

• Manage courses' schedule and progress according to Course Management Procedure (CMP)
• Communicate among course teachers, parents and kids to track the teaching quality and study results, keep solid relationship with all customers
• Complaint handling and proper group management
• Maintain information in EF's Customer Relationship Management System
• Achieve the targets of retention, Customer Satisfaction, referral
• Assist to organize activities within and outside of schools, especially Life Clubs
• Assure students' attendance mark, maintain Course Lesson Folder (CLF), monitor TA's work

You have/are:

• Love children and care about their growth
• Bachlor degree or above, Education or English majors preferred
• English CET4 or above
• Fluent oral English and accurate written English skills
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Open minded, willing to communicate with all people
• Be very flexible and can handle emergencies
• Be able to work on weekends (the off-days will be between Mon. to Fri.)
• Quick learner
• Good team worker
• Having experience in Service or Educational industries is a plus
• Two-year work experience or above is a plus
• Microsoft Office software application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
