Summary of Responsibilities

1.Raw material sourcing
1.1 Work with Factory and Global Purchasing team, follow Commodity purchasing strategies
1.2 Handle material sourcing operation to meet timely, lowest cost and good quality to feed into daily production
1.3 Tracking material cost saving & certification projects with Factory Material Group and Technical Centre to ensure progress on schedule
1.4 Tracking & making analysis material & its feedstock on market trend

2. Work with Factory Purchasing team, control material delivery and tracking vendors performance

3. Raw material inventory control
3.1 Work with Factory Purchasing team to ensure purchasing planning based on MRP of factories
3.2 Based on Production planning, control raw material inventory level with Target

4. Make analysis report on Commodity material cost, inventory & actual payment term
4.1 Make monthly Commodity material report & propose opportunities to continual improvement
4.2 Perioral communicate with Global Commodity team to share and learn best practice on Commodity sourcing

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree with Major of Chemical

* At least 4 years purchasing experience in manufacture commodity purchasing. Preferably

Chemical industry

* Preferably with import and export experience

* Excellent oral and written communication skills for both English and Mandarin

* Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills

* Customer-focused, business oriented, responsible, integrity, innovative and drive for result

Has knowledge of tire raw material application is plus.
