Job Responsibilities:
- Overall assistant for the corporate recruitment team
- Recruitment advertisement posting on websites
- CV screening and reply to applicants via email & phone call
- Making phone interviews with applicant professionally and interview arrangement
- Update daily report and HR database
- Assist new staff check in procedure and labor contract
- Other Assignment as required
Qualifications:
- Third-year student or first-year postgraduate, major in English or Human Resources is prefered
- Can support 4-5 days per week for 3 months at least
- Possess internships work experience in HR area previous
- Good English language skills (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of MS-Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Very good communication skills, flexibility and enthusiasm
- Self-motivation, independent working style and ability to take initiative
