Job Title: Training & Development Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Training Plan and Implementation
2) Staff Development Program
3) Staff Relationship
4) Data System Maintenance and Support
5) Team Coorporation Works
6) Other Works Assigned by Line Manager and Top Management Team
REQUIREMENTS:
1) Bechelor degree or above related with HR
2) More than 6 years related experience in MNC. At least 2 years working experience as a Training manager
3) Proficient knowledge in HR functions and familar with computers and PC software
4) Good sense of training
5) Ability to work comfortably with and assist a wide range of individuals in variety of situations and be an effective team-player
6) Mature, sound judgment and good analytical and communication skills; Good problem solver.
7) Excellent written and oral skills both in English and Mandarin
8) Proactive and self-motivated; Friendly, straight-forward, patient; Strong stablity
Location: Shanghai HQ
Report line: HR VP
Scope: Great China Region
Travel Rate: Not frequently
