职位描述
Job Title: Quality Manager, GCR
Location: Shanghai, HQ
Company: Leading consumer durable company
Responsibilities:
1) Support line manager to facilitate all quality strategies/initiatives/metrics for business growth and organization's short & long-term objectives
2) Define, establish & implement plant quality audit process/ system to align with customer expectations.
3) Solidify quality system and improve it to next level through establishing, further developing and implementing new initiatives.
4) Drive, monitor and follow up all corrective/preventive actions in plants for customer complaints to ensure the effectiveness and solid case-by-case implementation
5) Follow up the quality performance of IQC, IPQC, Yield, OQC, quality system improvement, customer complaint and warranty cost for each manufacture in Asia per month. Quality meeting with each manufacture to drive the continuous improvement.
6) Integrate the quality performance data of each manufacture to a complete regional quality performance database to trace clearly the quality performance history of group
7) Supplier screen and valication
8) Support Region Quality Director to visit distributors to hear the voice of customer on product quality
Requirements:
1) Black Belt certificate is a must. Knowledge on Lean Manufacturing methodology
2) Bachelor degree or above in engineering
3) 10 year or above experience in manufacturing & quality management background in MNC company with visible leadership in serveral plants.
4) Well Master ISO9000 and TS16949. Well master PPAP and APQP
5) Solid experience in set up and managing quality programs and systems in MNC.
6) Good process management skills
7) Excellent communication and presentation skills to deal with internal and external customers
8) Proactive, flexible to extensive travel
