职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
China HR manager is expected to be a business partner to the local management and serve as the local HR focal point for all purposes.
? Manage the local HR team
? Deliver HR support to the site
? Work closely with local management, providing consultation to managers
? In conjunction with Corporate HR, develop HR oriented programs (managerial development, succession planning etc.)
? Ensure proper implementation and execution of Corporate HR programs and initiatives
? Manage and implement local training and development initiatives and programs
? Manage the local recruiting plan, company Head Count plan & budget
? Manage and implement the local compensation and benefits
? Manage employee relations, engagement and retention efforts
? Responsibility for HR data integrity
? Take care of local welfare activities
Required Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree in HRM or Business administration, English, etc.
? 8 years working experience in HR related function, 3 years’ experience as Manager Role will be preferred.
? Strong knowledge in Training, C&B and employee communication.
? Be familiar with labor laws, regulations and applications
? Experience in working in a multi-cultural, matrix organizational structure will be preferred.
? Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
? Excellent English
? Intelligent, high-energy, articulate, and has persuasive communication skills
