REPORTS TO General Manager
KEY ROLE OBJECTIVES AND DELIVERABLES
ROLE OBJECTIVES
In describing role objectives, state both ‘What’ (e.g. safety, delivery expectations, services, etc) and ‘How’ (e.g. lead, assist, govern, develop, sell, design, etc)

Functional objectives
? Provide top 5-10 priority objectives related to function
? Formulate, implement and deliver safely the outputs expected in the Sales Business plan on a day to day, week to week basis;
? Ensure the delivery of the outputs expected of all Key Account customers on a regular basis and to facilitate review of the said customers’ performance
? Ensure that all sales forecasts are provided on time and to continuously monitor the accuracy of the sales forecasts to ensure that inventory levels for the businesses is maintained at its optimum level.
? Deliver continuous improvement outcomes in the production/supply/support of BlueScope Steel’s range of building solutions and level of services and Support the direct relationships in your Department.

? Annual Safety Survey Rating

REQUIRED ? Note required skills, qualifications, and experience for the role
Experience required
? At least 8 years in steel, building materials or manufacturing business, and 5 years in sales leader role with successful records.
? Understand the requirement of building and construction standards.
? At least 5 year’s experience supervising the sales team
Qualifications required
? Bachelor degree or above in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
? MBA is an advantage.

Other requirements
? Good communication skills with spoken and written English.
