Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

1）Be responsible for the research and application of air conditioning fan duct sound including DC fan, compressor, fan and other programs;
2）Participate in the development of leading-edge solutions, independently or lead the team to complete the related technical project；
3）Lead the team，to put forward and improve the reliability and safety of fan duct， and improve the relevant technical regulations or standards.
4）Understand and track the trends of fan duct, timely grasp of the new technology and new materials, and make plans for the leading technology platform.
5）Be familiar with related standards at home and abroad, and make the quality and safety evaluation system.

Qualifications:

1)Education：doctor；
2）Major: Mechanical related major.
3）Work experience and background: more than 10 years working experience in large and medium-sized enterprises, and has experience in a large air-conditioning enterprise for more than 5 years；
4）Technology accumulation: good share consciousness and the team cooperation spirit, has the project case of successfully developing fan duct in air conditioning products.
