The Role

As a senior cost estimator, you should be responsible for estimate the investment costs and provide budgets as directed by manager or all clients. You should have strong quantity survey experience and skills regarding to project cost control and provide report on time.

Main duties / responsibilities

• Estimate the investment costs and prepare budgets & estimates based on technical information provided by engineers
• Conduct market analysis and collect updated market info regarding to prices, quota, tools development etc for optimize your cost estimating for project.
• Conduct quantity survey works for onsite construction project and issue report to
• Cost control of project timely.
• Report to line manager or client for budgets and estimate of breakdown timely

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ CSA
• Over 10-15 years with quantity survey, cost estimating and cost control.
• Project experiences with Mechanical/electrical/Instrumentation systems in civil construction are preferred.
• Project experiences in Chemical plant will be a big advantage
• Deep understanding in local quota and market prices with construction material & labor.
• Good teamwork player and strong command in English
