Role Description

As a key member of the management group, the job holder will be in charge of planning, implementing and managing the overall offline Marketing. The function also includes full budget and HR responsibility of the marketing team.

Job Description
1. Develop and manage marketing strategy and budget to meet both short-term and long-term company objectives.
2. Lead internal team members and agencies where appropriate to execute all communication activities and public relations including but not limited to marketing materials, advertising, partnership development, direct mail, marketing events, press releases, blog site management etc.
3. Create, evaluate and negotiate the marketing campaigns. Manage tracking, reporting and analysis of marketing campaigns and programs.
4. Build, develop and motivate a strong marketing support team to ensure the company reaches our goals through diversified marketing channels.
5. Lead the team to design and execute market research and analysis on competitors, potential markets and market trends.
6. Research, identify and develop strategic partnerships that benefit the company's brand and business growth. Involve in Life Club Event coordination.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders by ensuring proper messages of company beliefs, values and representation are conveyed.
8. Contribute to the total effectiveness of the company, communicating openly, solving problems proactively, offering creative ideas and working as a positive, engaged team member.

Key Responsibilities:

- Planning annual and monthly marketing leads generation plan for both regional and school level

- Full budget responsibilities
- Develop and manage multiple marketing channels, monitor channel effectiveness and make necessary changes

- Find and maintain outdoor signage at school level
- Work with media agents and designers to create different marketing campaign
- Run competitor intelligence and provide management with the latest update
- Staff management responsibilities

Qualifications:

Essential
-Over 7 years work experience in marketing and at least 5 years experience in Consumer Marketing managerial position in fast-paced growth environment
- Proven track record in driving business result through marketing
- Computer literate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and mandarin
- Bachelor degree or above

Preferable
- Education industry experience
- Direct marketing experience
- Copy writing skill
