Main Responsibility
PR & Branding
Ø Maintain current media relationship, press release draft and preparation for more exposure
Ø Build up new relationship with certain media(magazine, TV program, Corporate website) after evaluation
Ø Propose and initiate sponsorship with potential cooperation
Ø Create, propose and implement the marketing strategies as approved by management
Ø Planning, implementation and monitoring of media/branding events, exhibitions
Ø Cooperate with sales dept. for relevant events or promotion activities
Ø Press release drafting for magazine publishing or editorial plan
Ø Relevant price negotiation
Promotion
Ø Proposing and execution of routine Dept.Store promotion
Ø Promotion sets designation base on inventory checking, margin calculation
Ø Review the promotion sets result and search for the further updates and developments
Product Management
Ø Corporate with sales dept. for new product ordering plan and old product disconnect proposal.
Ø Base on current marketing knowledge for retail price calculation, price review and price adjustment
Ø Actively pass the potential customer to Sales Dept.
Training
Ø Conduct product knowledge and demonstration training to promoters.
Ø Develop/update the display/demonstration procedure when necessary
Ø Conduct product training to media or other cooperation when needed
Ø Involve in promoters' performance evaluation
Marketing Material Development
Ø Developing and managing the whole process(include but not limited to drafting, layout, translation, presswork.etc) of the promotion material (include but not limited to POP,DM,catalog,flyer,instruction manual)
Others
Ø Competitor investigation and Creating further marketing strategy proposal base on relevant competitor investigation
Ø Build-up joint-promotion potential cooperation
Ø Annual marketing budget
Ø Monitor and control cost for own department
