MANAGER
? Supply Chain Site Manager

Mission
? Located in Shanghai, Asia Pacific Platform (APP)
? Responsible for managing the whole manufacture team under APP in order to achieve service level and competitiveness KPI's and project for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
? General resposinbilty: Manufacture and repair activities management under the platform upon group procedures and instruction

? Manufacture efficiency & Productivity improvement
? First Pass Yield Ratio
? Logistics Quality claims
? On time deliveries performance
? Leadtime performance
? Safety incidents
? Production volumes
? Non conformity costs
? ITO for workshop
? Acheivement on continuous improvement projects,
? Respect of the budget.

? Function reports to group manufacture function
? Function link with other departments in the platform

Main activities (Operational and management activities)
? Plan, lead and monitor the whole manufacture team activity in order to reach group target, such as: OTDP, claim ratio and manufacture efficiency and productivity improvement etc.
? Apply group process in all manufacture and reapir activity in order to ensure conformity of all manufacture products
? To support for new process introduction and ensure qualification of the new process
? Dairy manufacture shop flow management to achieve 5S objective and ensure smooth of operation (not safety accident)
? Monitor manufacture cost and regular review cost variance, as well as take necessary actions to ensure cost effective for manufacture and repair process
? Propose for manufacture budget to match annual activity forecast in all fields (Human capitals, investments etc.)
? Responsible for maintain product standard (UL and CE)
? Responsible for qualification and skill development for manufacture staff
? Responsible for manufacture tool calibration and first level maintenance in shop floor
? Responsible for shop flow inventory management
? Respossible for relevant report for manufacture activity and issues (including direct and function report)
? Participate relevant projects relating with manufacture process and ensure success of the projects.


General Profile
Degree of education required:
? Engineer degree or above

Specific knowledge and abilities required:
? Train, animate, motivate and manage team.
? Good knoelwge and experience for manufacture management.
? Familiar with methodologiy for shopfloor continousluy improvements.
? Anticipate or correct the issues which let running a risk for the objectives achievement.
? Knowledge and application of the Quality and Safety procedures.
