职位描述
Responsibility:
- Ensure that Safety regulations of the local, regional and national Chinese bodies are met and maintained at all times
- Ensure plant operations are conducted in a safe manner
- Ensure delivery of product that meets or exceeds customer quality expectations.
- Responsible for community relations (neighbours, fire department/hazardous material response units, police, emergency planning authorities, etc.).
- Ensure all Accident/Incident and Near Miss reports are investigated and appropriate corrective and preventative action is completed.
- Ensure the site Emergency Plan is properly maintained and personnel are adequately trained.
- Responsible for supplier qualification and supplier quality management.
- International regulations pertaining to the transport of our materials are met and maintained at all times
- Global Linde Group safety directives are met and maintained at all times
- Local Linde Suzhou additional safety rules are met and maintained at all times
- Ensure that ISO9001 accreditation is maintained and develops with key managers a quality system based on continual improvement
- Provide effective safety supervision of employees through training, inspections, or observation.
- Provide effective safety and job skill training to new employees.
- Other jobs assigned by line manager
Requirements:
- 3yrs experience in safety management in a chemical or gas related field
