Position Reports To: Asia CFO
Primary Purpose of Job:
To assist Asia CFO to drive business finance process improvement(cross functions),provide decision support to supply chian&product manangerment,and integrate for new acquisitions.
Major Responsibilities:
Identifies opportunities for improve business finance processes and develop actionable plans to implement among the region.
Analyses monthly performance on working capital efficiency.
Evaluates capital expenditures to track returns.
Manages product portfolio,such as SKU ralationalization&product Life Cycle Management.
Drives actions to improve productivity
Monitors infation and drives actions to recover.
Intergrates for new acquisitions.
Prepares monthly and quarterly Asia Management reports on Supply Chain&Product Management to corporate&BU.
Prepare Various finance analyses as designated by the asia President or the ASIA CFO.
Qualification:
BS in Accounting or Finance Required, MBA Preferred
10+Years in Finance/Accounting experiences, prefer in MNC.
Working experiences in process improvements such as lean or complexity reduction preferred.
Good knowledge in MS Office as well as ERP systems
Solida finance analysis background.
Strong Verbal,written communication skill in English and Chinese.
Highly organized withe the ability to complete multi-tasks in a timly manner.
High team spirit and commitment,sytstematic and target - oriented working style.
Prossess high level of intergrity and postive working attitude.
Perfomance evalution standard:
Improve business finance processes(such as cycle time reduction)
Working capital turens improvement
Productivity improvement
Complete reporting and analysis on time
