Location: Shanghai, China
Reporting: Reporting directly to Shanghai Operations Manager
SUMMARY: Under general direction, the Production Supervisor will be required to in charge the daily production and warehouse activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential and other important responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
？ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production plan. Maintain the production status reports.
？ Maintain QAD systems. Lead the receiving and shipping activities. Conduct cycle count and physical count per company requirements.
？ Prepare BOM, Work Instructions. Maintain the equipments and fixtures.
？ Lead and train production team to reach the production key performance index, inspire the workers to work beyond expectation, discipline the workers behavior.
？ Work with planning function to balance the production load and manage the inventory level
？ Continuously optimize the production flow by lean/5S etc, reduce waste, and improve quality and efficiency.
？ Manage workshop and warehouse safety to reach zero accident objective.
？ Coordinate the new project to migrate the new production to China plant. Layout and set up the new assembly line as required.
？ Other tasked assigned by high-level supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
？ Knowledge of lean manufacturing
？ Knowledge of ERP systems.
？ Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
？ Clear communication in English and Chinese.
？ Ability to manage workers.
？ Good communication skills for interaction with cross-function within and outside of the company.
？ Good interpersonal skills and leadship.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
？ Educated to Bachelor of Science or Technology
？ Four-Six years of experience in relevant experience and no less than Two years supervisor experience.
？ Mechanical or/and Electrical assembly experience.
？ Willing to learn new knowledge and be able to work under pressure.
