Supplier Quality Engineer (Sheet Metal) – 班车接送

Responsibilities：
？ Evaluate potential new and current suppliers from an overall business perspective through participation as the Team Leader in a commodity team supplier review. Include the component validation, process audit and system audit.
？ Assist sourcing manager and quality manager in ensuring that the quality of components and products are achieved maintained and improved. Assist supplier in new process development – FMEA, CP, PPAP, etc.
？ Assist in the development of mutually acceptable component and product specifications and inspection criteria with suppliers.
？ Travel as needed within China to supplier locations and perform on site inspections of components and products at supplier locations for each lot in accordance with approved inspection criteria.
？ Participate in APQP program activities and ensure successful supplier participation in the program launch process. Ensure timely resolution and verify effectiveness of all supplier related corrective actions on launch issues.
？ Communicate supplier quality and delivery problems to local management.
？ Implement approved corrections and corrective actions to ensure component and product quality.
？ Monitor the electrical component supplier performance to essure supplier processes remain stable and capable.
？ Maintain compliance with the corporate quality manual, the Code of Ethics, Company policies, rules, procedures and housekeeping standards.
？ Maintain a cooperative and motivational attitude with co-workers.
？ Provide written and oral reports to supervisor or other management personnel to keep them informed of activities and results.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
College degree and/or above with an engineering electrical
SKILLS:
？ 5-8 years of Sheet Metal products or Mechanical controller inspection related experiences,
？ The knowledge of TS16949 and ISO9001:2008 is preferred
？ Demonstrated ability to communicate in Chinese and English both orally and in writing.
？ Able to frequently travel domestically in China.
？ Excellent organizational and report writing skills
