职位描述
Position
? Provide application management and support, ensuring operational stability and effectiveness of one ore more application with emphasis on SAP.
? Provide content knowledge to the management and support of the full lkefcycle of solutions from execution of new projects through operation to retirement.
? Contribute to the core business and informatics processes and solutions within a specific area of a domain applying knowledge of systems and tools and problem solving skills to the support of these processese and solutions.
? Implement and monitor system performance using defined standards and resolve or escalate problems for resolution when appropriate.
? Participate in the execution and documentation of system testing.
? Maintain and develop own knowledge withing the domain,
? Manage logistics sub-team activities.
? Manage logistics sub-team activities and capacity planning, tracking of delivery and performance management.
Responsibilities:
Support
? Applies defined procedures, stantdard and own content knowledge to meeting business, customer and technical requirements.
? As part of dedicated project and part of a project team lead by a project manager,implements processes where required ,and corrects of escalates process anomalies or probelms that can not be resolved the relevant funtion.Follow similar processes if deployed in an operational or staff function.
? Executes and documents tested define to assess compliance of systems and processes with intended desgin and operation and support user acceptance testing processes.
? Providers analysis of date gathered in support activities.
Standeard:
? Applieand implements services and process standards.
? Observes governance processes,escalates areas for improvement and assists in the implementation and monitoring of sulutions.Implement relevant framework and processes(e.g,ITSM,Summit-D Or other professional framework0,uess tools and follows SOPs end-to-end.
Know-how,
? Applies know - how to specific fefined processeds within an application or technical domain.Develops own business/technical critical know how withn area of expertise and learns from others with expert knowledge in the field.
? Supports day to day operations and /or implementation of projects within area of technical expertise.
System Operations,
? Manages and supports application and systems and ensures integrity and validated state during their lifetime.
? Takes on coordination activities related to smmaller changes for systems withein area of resposibiltiy.
? Provid content knowledge to the incident ,problem and change management processes.
? Perform system administration and 2nd /3nd level support for IT Components not managed by the infrastructure Services&Operations organization or the Apllication Development and Maintenance Delivery Shared Service Center.
? Coordinates and supports security patching and upgrades with business and all informattics functions.
? Ensures compliance withe security SOPs/policies,and adequete access rights are given to trained staff.
? Work with PGI to improvement infrastructure solutions for operational optimization.
? Install new systems and new releases into mainteancne and productive environmebnt,following SDLC and change control procedures and enhancement governance procedures.
? Delivers on call services where needed.
Project Participation:
? Provides Subject Matter Expertise input in to detailed soltuion design.l
? Support collection of user and functional requirements and translates them into degign specifications.
? Support the test desgin;conducts and supports functional testing;suports uses acceptantce testing.
? Coordinates installations and upgrades with business and PGI
? Support roll out activities and Date Mighration.
Requirement:
? Avanced reading,writing,listening and speaking Englihs skills
? 4-7 years of professional experience in the SAP MM Module Support/Project.
? Prior experience in Operations within the domain
? Team-lead/line management experience
? Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is advantageous
? Experienced working in a project enviroment
? GXP experience
? Strong technical skill,systems and requirements analysis.
? Multicultural and International experience and Scope
? Highly adaptable to change
? Bachelor degree in a relevant technical or business discipline
? Certification in SAP MM module is advantageous
? Experience with ITIL and PM desgirable
? Flexibility to traval for up to 25% of time including out side of home contry
? Flexibility to work outside of normal working hours or on call arrangements to provide support 24/7.
