职位要求：
§ Establish equipment management standard and operation procedure, design and implement equipment maintenance schedule under regular supervision;

§ Design and implement equipment improvement plan based on process requirement;

§ Increased project responsibility for manufacturing, laboratory and other facilities. Proactively addresses business and technical issues for early identification of issues affecting project success. Leads coordination of project timelines. Negotiates and consults with business partners, suppliers, plant and engineering personnel, as well as the appropriate management regarding project status, timelines, and cost.

§ Plans installation, checkouts, commissioning and startups of new and existing equipment and facilities per project need. Provides accurate project and equipment documentation, such as project cost, schedules and equipment manuals.

§ Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

职位沟通要点：
§ Bachelor’s degree or above in Utility Engineering or equivalent
§ 3 years above hands on working experience in HVAC/water/Compressed air, etc.;
§ Good understanding of power control;
§ Good English communication skill both in written and oral;
§ Good PC skills, such as Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, etc.
§ Good team player with positive attitude
