Main Responsibilities:



- Lead a professional team, responsible for projects (several projects in parallel)

- Manage projects from initiation through New Product Introduction, provide project planning and leadership on projects.

- Follow New Product Development Process, manage project deliverables, project schedules and ensure project requirements are met.

- Identify required resources and define roles & responsibilities for project team member

- Allocate resources, modify schedule and assign tasks as necessary to meet project goal

- Ensure that the entire product supply chain & production are set-up to meet project requirement

- Work with cross function both locally in China and globally to come out/verify project quality plan, project economy and risk assessment.

Report to: Product Engineering Manager

Qualification:



Education Background:

Bachelor Degree or above, major in Science Engineering, Fluid Mechanical Engineering is preferable



Professional Experience:

- At least 8 years of engineering experience in pump design and application, including 3-5 years of project management experience.

- Experience to handle different projects on hand from local and oversea.



Language：

Very fluent in English, both written and oral



PC：

Familiar with Office software, 3D software, such as Catia/Solid Works/Pro-E



Other requirements:



- Able to provide leadership and new thoughts or methods to solve highly complex challenges in pump area.

- Excellent interpersonal communication skill to build relationship with all levels within organization both locally in China and globally.

- Decisive and results oriented

- Logical thinking
