职位描述
Support Regional HR Manager to implement human resources policies, programs and systems at assigned region to attract, select, and develop talents, drive Kraft China sales force employee engagement in support of the achievement of business objectives and plans, and to build organizational excellence towards ‘Employer of Choice’.
Build employee and organisation excellence at assigned region by ensuring optimal flexibility in resource allocation, planning, recruitment, development and retention in order to support business needs of the Sales organization, build organizational capabilities, continuous improvement culture, commitment and performance in line with Kraft China strategy.
This position need to interact with sales regional heads, HR expertise function and external partners across the organization to ensure the effectiveness of HR process and procedure. This position is also accountable for employee and organization excellence in assigned Sales region, support transformation of organization towards a more effective manner. Promote company image and values in the organization, and drive people engagement to ensure productivity.
Workforce & Talent Management
? Support regional HR manager to implement workforce management and talent management including: workforce planning, staffing, performance management, succession planning, rewarding & recognition, employee engagement, labor regulation etc.
Process & Procedure
? HR orientation for newly hired sales people in region;
? Handle the hiring procedure of new on-boarding employees with HQ HR team;
? Coordinate field sales employee’s termination, renewal, dismissal process with effective and efficient communication, mediation and execution;
3rd Party Management
? Lead regional 3rd party sales force optimization to achieve efficient & costive labor management, through vender/process management, headcount & budget planning;
? Support field sales on 3rd party sales recruiting, ongoing tracking the process and implementation;
? Ensure 3rd party C&B, performance management aligned with HQ guideline. Support in regional 3rd party C&B administration Coordinate internal & external customer to solve daily 3rd party people issues and special cases including industrial injury, labor dispute if necessary;
Record & Reporting
? Work close with the HR team for preparing of various kinds of analysis reports;
? Ensure accurate and updated regional sales employee records in the SHARP and respond to HR related requests from internal and external customers on time;
Compliance
? Know the legal and compliance responsibilities of the position;
? Lead ethically and model compliant behaviour; maintain an environment where employees are encouraged to speak up without fear of retaliation;
? Ensure employees in area of responsibility understand the compliance responsibilities of their jobs and actively participate in the compliance program.
Safety, Security & Environment :
? Support and actively participate in the sites Safety, Security and Environment Management systems and programs to drive a safe working culture that complies with regulatory and Kraft’s standards and delivers zero accidents.
