职位描述
Principal responsibilities:
—Develop and acquire new customers to achieve sales and operating profit targets for South China Region
—Effective execution of South China region sales strategies - product and services, pricing, brand positioning
—Leverage strong customer relationship with existing customers
—Developing new business leads; establishing multi-level relationships with multi stakeholders within target customers to understand their needs with the aim to develop and secure new customers/ accounts.
—Build the Linde brand through successful implementation of various value adding, innovative programme and effective communication
—Participate in budgetary forecasts and sales volume targets
—Manage coordination between various internal functions and customers relating to deliveries, ordering issues, customer service, etc) to ensure that a high level of service delivery that exceeds customer expectations. Also, work with relevant internal parties to promptly resolves customer complaints
—Work directly with Business Development function to continuously develop new products and services that would deliver longer term growth to the business
Required qualifications:
—5-8 years Sales experience within Healthcare industry (Medical devices, consumables or facility/ engineering projects)
—University degree
—Proficiency in both written English/ fluency in spoken English not important
—Have drive license C1
—Better have experience directly dealing with patients
—Better have medical professional or electro-mechanical education background
