Mission statement职责描述
Schedule management together with CHPM and project controls
Result and cash planning and forecast
Change orders (clients, partners)
Back charges/claims( shared with procument)
Raise overdue payments
Make decision on execution strategies together with the CHPM, GFCPM and VP projetcs.
Strictly manage all contractual issue in cooperation with project management and legal deprtment.
Meeting the resource needs in Project Management together with the GFCPM
Quality of Commercial Administration and strict management of all commercial issues together with Treasury
Cost Control and Accounting including currency hedging, security management and taxes
Procures sufficient insurance coverage within projects and initiates claims where possible
Capitalization of project experiences
Efficient project reporting
Create an international, global acting workforce
