Business Analyst(需求分析师)

Summary:
You will join a highly customer oriented team, need to communicate with global banking business users,
Customer IT Managers and other third party service providers for the insurance clients.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Work directly with project stakeholders and subject matter experts to elicit Business Requirements, formally document these requirements for project prioritization and system development.
2. Work directly with IT resources to assist in the design of solutions that satisfy all business requirements.
3. Perform data analysis in support of a particular project(s).
4. Identify and capture all project related issues and escalate to the Project Manager for mitigation/resolution.
5. Assist with preparation, coordination, and execution of User Acceptance Testing.
6. Provide implementation support in terms of procedure / process flow documentation and coordination of any required training.

Requirements:
1. More than 3 years of Business Analysis experience in the insurance industry.
2. Deep understanding of core insurance business.
3. Experience in Client Counterparty data.
4. Organized, structured, and strong attention to detail.
5. Good understanding of project management methodologies.
6. Good understanding of Agile Development methodologies.
7. Candidate should be bi-lingual with proficiency in Chinese and English.
