职位描述
1. 为工厂的内部客户提供非生产物品和项目类的采购。创建并跟进采购订单，确保按照内部客户的要求准时到货。
2. 遵循公司的政策、相关的SOP，根据公司业务的需求进行日常采购活动，并确保其行为合规。
3. 进行市场调研和合同谈判，以完成采购的绩效目标。
4. 进行供应商管理，定期评估关键供应商的绩效。
5. 合同和文件管理。
6. 向上级提供分析报告和报表
任职资格
1.本科及以上学历，化学、化工、药学、机械、经济、国际贸易或者其它专业。
2.至少3年在跨国化工企业或者制药企业的采购经验。
3.良好的沟通、谈判和解决问题的能力。
4.良好的英语水平，CET-6。
5.积极、细心、较强的责任感。
