职责描述：
1、Take in charge of plant utility system operation, including wastewater treatment, firefighting system, city water system, steam system, compressed air system, RO water system, chilled water system
2、Develop multiple SOP and record to ensure all utility system operated without surprise
3、Work close with each workshop to check all production related procedure and SOP can fulfil each function requirement, also including yield calculation and set up action
4、Monthly data collect and check each workshop all production related record can fulfil each function requirement
5、Work close with each workshop to draft production related quality issue investigation, root cause analysis and correction action
6、Conducts and/or participate in engineering projects.
7、Work together with production, engineer team to design the production process for manufacture of products
8、Through process optimizing and material waste reducing to save cost
9、Obtains, organize, and interprets engineering data. Performs economic and technical analyses of projects.
10、Understands all applicable process technology, equipment and control technology for Anji Facility.
11、Works with Technical/project functions and plant personnel it to optimize operations, meet Business and plant goals. (Production, cost, quality).
12、Participates in advanced trouble shooting and coaches others to learn these skills.
13、Implements best practices in operations in order to optimize operations. Ensures Most Effective Technology (MET), and specific Operating Discipline requirements are in place.
14、Performs appropriate Manage Production roles as determined by Plant / Business. Example: Operate Plant, Operating Discipline, Produce to Plan / Record Production, etc.
15、Understands and applies skills and knowledge in Statistical Process Control (SPC) technology, to maximize plant asset utilization and produce low cost, quality products.
16、Initiates changes to Plant Operating procedures to ensure they are valid and up to date. Works with Production Technicians in this respect.
17、Process safety analysis, control strategy development.
18、Facilitate the use and provide expertise in Lean such as 5S, TPM, etc.

9、3+ years of process engineer experience in a food manufacturing ,chemistry or the pharmaceutical plant.

11、Understanding of Life Saving Principle
12、Understanding of 3P’s
13、Ability to respond to common inquiries from business partner in a professional, customer focused manner
14、Foster a dynamic culture based on partnership, agility and execution
15、A working knowledge of computers and business software such as and Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
16、Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
17、Extensive knowledge and experience in chemical processes and various unit operations, including process control.
18、Familiar with production safety management.
