任职要求：
1. 要求45岁周岁以下；
2. 有类似岗位经验3年以上；
3.持有电工证、登高证证等相关证书。
4. 有责任心、认真细致、有耐心、懂礼貌；
5. 通过健康体检，取得健康证

岗位职责：
在工程主管的带领下，完成工程、公共设备设施日常维护保养等工作。
1. 按照团队负责人的排班，按时出勤、定期对设备设施进行巡查，确保运行正常。
2. 养成良好的个人卫生习惯，外貌端正，制服整洁。
3. 负责库区及办公室巡维修相关工作。
4. 参加应急演练，熟悉应急流程，需要时，积极参加应急处置。
5. 做好日常设施系统的运行监控，发现问题及时汇报处理。
6. 及时完成各项设施设备相关的培训
完成上级领导安排的其他工作。
7. 及时响应并保质保量完成工程各项工作。

上班时间：9:00-18:00
