职位描述
Responsibility and tasks:
· Payroll calculations and payment;
· Support with HR assignments e.g. employment contracts filling and renewal;
· Complete the collection and accounting of expenses and labor costs, and timely provide expense report and keep improvement;
· Review and supervise expense claims applications, review and supervise the occurrence and statistics of labor hours and expense; Review all accounting treatments;
· Perform cost analysis and deal with abnormal issues;
· Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;
· Control expense reporting from the company’s activities in China;
· Liaise with auditors and internal finance team to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained;
· Take charge of logistics and sales related to TP CN’s export activities;
· Raw material index reporting on key components;
· Prepare overhead and labor cost forecast and budget, analyses variance and submit report;
· Communicate with the person in other departments to solve problem and prepare or improve procedures. Discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken;
· Support incoming Danish and German visitors with their business travel itinerary;
· Office tasks;
· Other tasks assigned by manager.
Professional and personal competences:
· College or above degree in Finance, qualification of accountant is necessary.
· Over 2 years cost working experience in finance position in trading company,familiar with cost management is preferred.
· Good at export trading business process
· Good English skill, especially in reading and writing.
· Good at Microsoft Office.
· Good team player, Self-motivated, with an ability both to work independently and as a part of team; good communication skill and work under pressure.
· Be structured and detail oriented in your work.
Main working place will be in Shanghai City,China. You will be a part of our China team. You will daily be in contact with colleagues in our Shanghai office.
