职位介绍：
1. 达成公司对于渠道及经销商的销售目标
2. 高效的完成客户管理，并执行公司对于渠道的市场管理，促销活动，库存管理等等
3. 理解公司战略方向及生意机会的获取基础上，整合公司资源，定制渠道销售计划
4. 通过数据分析，管理消费者生命周期，***化消费者价值，为消费者提供高品质服务
5. 在公司制度下，确保长期稳定的生意运作，为公司获取利润
任职要求：
1. 至少2年及以上天猫/京东相关经验
2. 在电商客户/经销商管理上有突出表现
3. 优秀的数据分析能力和表达能力
Job description:
1. Achieve P&L targets with both customers and platforms
2. Deliver quality account management in the area of brand campaigns execution, pricing, inventory etc.
3. Base on the understanding of the business strategy & business opportunity to develop and implement customized growth initiatives through cross-functional team collaboration
4. Leverage customers shopper database to understand online shopper journey, shopping behavior and user experience.
5. Develop customers investment model aligned with our strategy to ensure sustainable & profitable business growth based on mutuality principle
Request:
1. Minimum 2 years Tmall or JD sales experience
2. Strong performance record in ec account management
3. Data analysis and presentation skill
