岗位职责：
1、安排员工工作任务，记录考勤；
2、招聘筛选员工，进行面试；
3、与甲方进行沟通协调；
4、控制物料，材料成本；
5、对员工进行定期培训；
6、定期检查所管辖区的卫生情况及现场服务质量；
7、临时性区域突发事件或客诉处理。
任职要求：
1、年龄在25-45岁之间；
2、具有良好的沟通协调能力；
3、具有一定的计算机操作能力；
4、有物业相关管理工作经验或服务行业工作经验的优先；
5、相貌端正，身体健康；
6、工作积极主动，责任心强、能吃苦耐劳；

工作时间：7：30-17：30，8H左右，双休
