一、岗位职责：
负责学校、写字楼、产业园等物业项目高压值班、设施设备管理（地源热泵空调、纯水系统、风机房、水泵、消防）等工作；
熟悉项目高低压配电间的基本情况和主要性能参数，严格按照安全规程进行操作；
负责日常维修、计划检修、保养；
每天必须按要求定期巡检运行的高压设备，发现问题及时处理；
完成上级交办的其他事项。
二、任职要求：
初中及以上学历，年龄在20-49周岁；
1-3年高压值班工作经验，持有高压电工上岗证；
具备较高的纪律性、责任心、执行能力、学习能力；
具备较高的值班电工专业知识和变配电设施的管理能力，熟知安全规范和操作规范。
上班时间：做二休二（12H）
