TSL rooted in Hong Kong jewellery industry for over 40 years and having over 200
retail outlets in Asia Pacific Region, the Group has is experiencing a remarkable
growth in the Region. Now, we are looking for high caliber candidate to join the
Group for the following position:


Senior Manager - Marketing

Job Duties:

1. Reporting to Associate Director - Marketing & Products, to lead and manage
retail marketing teams of 3 regions in China, to formulate and implement
online and offline marketing initiatives with the aim to achieve the profit-
and-loss target.
2. Formulate and direct both sales promotion activities and image campaigns to
achieve short-term business goals and to sustain long-term brand development
respectively.
3. Develop partnership with other consumer brands with a compatible brand appeal and
common customer profile to maximize cross-promotion opportunities.
4. Identify cost-effective advertising and promotion opportunities to maximize brand
exposure.
5. Oversee marketing efforts to ensure accuracy, quality and consistency of the
brand messages across all customer touch points.
6. Closely monitor the market trend, competitors' move and consumer behavior, and
recommend sales and marketing programs to capture the windows of opportunities
in a timely manner.

Requirements:
- University degree in Marketing, Business Management or Communications
- At least 12 years relevant experience in retail industry and in which 5 years
at managerial position, preferably in multinational or Hong Kong retail stores
of luxury consumer products
- Analytical-minded with a strong business sense
- Result-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good organization and planning skill
- Frequent travelling to China is required. Subject to business needs, stationing
in China may be considered.
