About the Role – You will:

● Lead and manage?digital?marketing team in China, which includes JD,?Tmall,?Pinduoduo?and social media?marketing, etc

● Provide?strategy and optimization?recommendations for driving traffic/CVR?via data-driven performance marketing programs

● Help drive the development of?cross-functional alliance and eco-system partner integrated marketing to build up the premium brand and enhance conversion rate 

● Provide market?competitive, strategic and tactical intelligence?to drive prioritization of business?initiatives 

● Monitor and analyze the overall health of the E-Commerce business as well as the performance of program KPIs?to help achieve marketing and?business?goals? 

● Collect and share data-driven insights and recommendations to guide?E-commerce?planning and?investment strategy. Review?regular performace reporting with thoughtful insights and optimization, fueling conversion, and driving revenue

● Leverage data insights,?industry trends?and other strategies?to?supervise online promotional calendar by brands?and by stores? 

● Monetize social media influence and resources among consumers’ online journey from awareness, preference, consideration, action and advocacy to build-up Seagate as a premium and trusted brand

About You:

● Working experience in E-Commerce, digital marketing, and brand marketing

● Familiarity with E-Commerce business models, specifically how to drive e-commerce sales through data-driven, innovative, effective and cost-efficient marketing/merchandising programs and strategies? 

● Experience with?JD and?Tmall?operations and?data?analysis? 

● Familiarity with the digital ecosystem and how E-Commerce, web, mobile, social, search and channels work together to achieve digital marketing goals? 

● Knowledge of data analysis to drive investment optimization? 

● Fluent English?presentation and communications?skill? 

Your Experience Includes:

● Microsoft office skills, including PPT, excel, word, etc

● Bachelor and/or equivalent degree
