Job Context & Purpose:

This position will be responsible to support commercial manager and team  business in whole China region. The job will be focused on supporting  commercial manager to ensure strategy implementation & routine job  accomplished by sales and technical sales team.

Job Responsibility:

• Assist China Coating Commercial Team to deliver annual target of sales revenue or Contribution Margin AOP by regular review  business development pipeline.
• Monitor overall sales performance by regular data analysis,  customer review with sales team and pushing our salesforce to make sure that  the sales development of maintenance business is on a right track.
• Collect sales team’s routine reports by summarizing &  review call reports, NBO imputs & new product promotion feedback, etc.
• Monitor sales team’s AR performance & push sales on  overdue cases.
• Collect  and distribute sales data to sales team and provide sales analysis report to  commercial manager regularly.
• Follow  contract process with legal& other internal review team.
• Support  documents required for business.
• Support updating department  annual budget & CAPEX status.
• Meeting / events arrangement  coordination for commercial team.

Additional Qualifications:

• College degree or above is required
• Working experiences in raw material industry is  preferred.
• Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills. Possess a pleasant and outgoing personality.
• Must be committed, positive,  and hard working. Proactive and High Enthusiasm
• Basic English read &  written skills is needed.
• Good skills on MS office 365.
