Job Description

This position is as a Native English speaker to support the Valuation & Advisory Services all spoken & written English communications. The duties and responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Review and edit a wide range of English-language materials for internal and external communication, including:
• To conduct regular market survey in various types (residential, office, retail & warehouse)
• To analysis the market and conduct regular valuation
• To fix grammatical errors and awkward/obscure wording
• To assist in making presentations for clients’ meetings, conferences and forum.
• Act as the “gatekeeper” for English communications, ensuring an excellent standard of quality, fluency, and readability

Requirements

• Native English speaker,
• Fluent Spoken Mandarin, good writing skills in English.
• Strong communication skill with the foreign clients is a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point applications
• Familiarity with terms and concepts of commercial real estate industry is also plus
