 1.     负责车身车间自动化设备、部件的选型等工作，制定技术要求，制定技术协议，主持技术谈判，负责图纸会签等工作; Supervise the process plan and equipment selection of BIW shop; draw up equipment technical specs; prepare technical agreement; direct technical negotiations; supervise the drawings and so on. 

2.  对供应商实施项目管理，负责监督供应商的制造质量和进度，指导预验收，设备安装和终验收等工作，直到设备交付车身车间； Be responsible for project managing, monitoring the manufacturing quality and progress, pre buy-off, equipment installation and final buy-off of the completion until finish the equipment delivery to BIW shop. 

3.  负责制定PLC技术要求及标准。 Be responsible for make the robot specification, create the function package standard. 4. 收集汇总、整理相关技术文件； Collect and sort relevant technical documentation. 

5.   负责实施机电气及自动化领域的技术改进工作； In charge of developing the improvements. 

6.    上级主管分配的其它相关工作。 Accomplish other tasks from direct leader. 

7.    定期对相关人员进行培训，提高整体业务能力； Carry out training of staff regularly to improve professional ability. 

 8.    解决项目阶段设计及制造、调试过程中疑难问题 solve problems in die design, manufacturing and debugging Electrical engineering, Automation or relative majors;
