1. Management of supplier quality team 供应商质量团队的日常管理
2. Create/ maintain the supplier management system 创建/维护供应商质量体系
3. Implementation of quality systems to support external manufacturing 。 Minimize risk and assure quality levels are maintained
执行质量体系的要求以至支持CMO生产， 降低风险，保证产品的质量
4. Provide quality leadership for the outsourcing of both components and finished products to suppliers and External Manufacturers (EMs). Ownership will include supplier manufacturing through final release to distribution and response to field complaints of the finished products
为供应商，CMO生产的原料，半成品，成品的质量承担领导职责（包括产品的放行和市场客户投诉）
5. Work with supplier chain team and participate the new supplier development for China Broad market supply.和供应链团队一起，参与新的供应商开发
6. Conduct on-site quality and process assessments at suppliers and EM’s both to assess new suppliers and monitor existing suppliers. Follow up with suppliers for related corrective/preventive actions to closure 进行供应商/外部制造商的现场/过程质量评估。跟踪供应商纠正预防措施的完成情况
7. Generate quality metrics on supplier performance 建立反映供应商绩效的质量报表
8. Participates in pre-production activities for new and transferred products参与生产前/产品转移前的相关活动
9. Conduct self-GMP inspection 进行GMP自检

? Working knowledge of international GMP requirements, quality systems, and pharmaceutical manufacturing/packaging technologies
? Working knowledge of regulatory agency interactions and compliance procedures, with ability to apply the knowledge in an operations environment
? Working knowledge of document management systems, Microsoft applications, SAP or similar system.
? Knowledge of and application of Quality system(s), for example engineering change control, new product introduction process.
? Comprehensive knowledge of supplier assessment, and supplier management in pharmaceutical industry
? Knowledge of Process control & capability methodology, for example Cpk, FMEA.
? Knowledge of judgement and problem solving
